CBSA Welcomes Passage of Safeguarding National Security Bill

The Chinese Banks’ Association (“CBSA”) welcomes the Passage of the Safeguarding National Security Bill (the “Bill”) by the Legislative Council.

CBSA believes the Bill enhances the legal framework for safeguarding national security, ensures Hong Kong’s long-term prosperity and stability, and is conducive to the long-term development of its financial markets.
