To follow the Government's latest anti-epidemic measures, under the new arrangements, starting from 9^th December, 2021 (Thursday),

(a) Diners are required to use the "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile application to scan the "LeaveHomeSafe" venue QR code before they are allowed to enter the Association’s restaurant.  Using the “Customer Information Record Form” is not allowed as an alternative.

(b) However, diners who are aged 15 or below and not accompanied by an adult; or aged 65 or above; or a person with disability; or other person recognised by the Government or organisations authorised by the Government as eligible, who are unable to use the "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile application are required to complete the “Customer Information Record Form”.
